Please read the following very carefully!

For gift Items (non-clothing and shoes): Returns will only be made if the item is defective or arrives damaged or broken. You Must return the item in it’s original packaging with all pieces intact. You must email support@lovekick .com to get a return order number. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser (you) and will not be refunded. All returns will be exchanged for like items. No cash refunds will be given. If you have an extenuating circumstance we will work with you to resolve the issue. Should your issue result in a cash refund, the refund will be credited to the original Credit card used to make the purchase. No exceptions!

For Allure Leather & Lingerie: If your order has not been shipped it may be canceled within the first 24 hours. A $10 cancelation fee will be charged to your account. LoveKick will not accept returned packages without an authorized Return Request #. When a package is returned with a proper authorization # for an exchange there will be a Return charge of $10 for the reshipped item. By law, Thongs, G-strings, Teddies, Bras, Bikinis, and other intimately worn apparel are not returnable. In addition, any item that appears to have been worn will not be accepted for return and no refund will be given unless the merchandise is defective.

Please Shoes: You may return shoes as long as they have not been worn, have no visible signs of wear and are returned in the original packaging. You must request a return authorization number from support@lovekick.com before returning the item. Returns will be charged a %20 restocking fee, no exceptions. All shipping is the purchasers resonsibility and will not be reimbursed.

Custom Orders: There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on any custom orders. No exceptions will be made.
